Hi girls! I am back with a fixed computer and OMG! I've got some blogging fever!
Forget the housework this week, I want to chat!! LOL
I am going to pick up the disks from our photographer today... Wedding Photo Time!
The shot above is one she sent me in an email saying "You have got to see this!"
Pardon my French, but daaaaaaaaaaaamn my hubby looks fine here ♥
I cannot stop saying "husband"! I just feels so right to finally be able to call him my hubby
after sooo many years!!!!
Didn't the bouquet come out so pretty?
I had to have a fresh bouquet full of roses (she used 2 dzn.) and with red berries; I never actually saw what it would look like till my wedding day and it was PERFECT:)
And... onto the honeymoon!
Here we are at a top of a mountain that we rode a ski lift up to...
Here is the ski lift seats!
I felt like a dare devil on our honeymoon...
I am usually afraid heights so I had a tough time talking myself into going on this thing!
The first plan was to take this lift halfway up the mountain side, then get off to go down on their Alpine Slide which was like a little scooter board you sat on and rode down a "slide" through the mountainside. I was all about going down the slide buuuut, didn't know I had to ride the darn lift to get there. So as we got on the ski lift, I went into panic mode and was crying like a BIG WIMP!! I had white knuckles holding onto the bar that just RESTED over us and then squeezed Brian's arm with my other hand! He could NOT believe I was crying!! I can look back now and LOL about that:)
So after we went up the mountain, then down the Alpine Slide he talked me into riding the lift again which was MORE fun that time. I decided to be a Bad A*S and say "Ok, I will ride to the top of the mountain this time" I did it without tears and it was so cool!! The pic of us above standing by that tank looking thing was taken at 3,590 feet in the air... COOl huh??
A hazy view of the mountains...
Something about being up in the mountains is SO peaceful and serene; I absolute fell in love with it!
I want to move to the mountains someday!!
The quiet and privacy is perfect!
Here I am, with my new pink gloves Hubby had to buy me cause my fingers were freezing!
Here is Mr and Mrs ♥
The ride down the mountain was a lil more steep; but I handled it alright!!
Isn't this beautiful?
Here are a couple shots of our cabin...
Hubby was trying to get a fire started for us!
This is the living room area...
Our huge King sized bed... a-hem ;) It was pretty cozy if I must say ♥
Dining room area... I loved all the wood!
Wasn't a huge fan of the cowboy and indian decor especially the two larger photos of Indians that faced our bed!!! Spies, I say!!! LOL
The kitchen...
with a DISHWASHER, I'm in love!! No dishwasher here at my house:(
The cabinets and counters were lovely, must like what I WANT to have, one day!
The 2nd floor with a pool table and foozball table too.
The 2nd floor king sized bed that had dead flies on it... ewww!!
I guess the flies had been really bad with wanting to get inside the cabins since the cold weather hit!
A view of the windows on the 2nd story.
There also was a cute little loft on the 2nd floor as well.
And lastly I will leave you with a gorgeous view of the sunset!
I was all about getting back to the cabin to see a sunset in the mountains and Boy, was it beautiful!
I have LOTS more pics like these to share with you all!
I hope you enjoyed the pics!
We had a fab honeymoon!!
Can't wait to share some more details with ya:)
Love,
Noelle ♥

Woohooooo you're back to blogging:-) I've been so busy in the kitchen, I haven't had much time to be online so just checking in on you now! I so loved seeing your pictures from your honeymoon, that cabin is so very beautiful. I love the rustic look a lot!!!
I'm terrified of heights too and don't think I could have done the ski lift thingie! lol Good for you for making it up there, though:-)
No doubt it was hard to return home and to get back to the regular routine but hey, you and HUBBY are married!!!! hehe Love ya. xoxo
I always told you the life in the mountains is fabulous! I have always said stick me up in the No. MI area and I would be in heaven! great pictures! Did you see any deer?
I want to see the Indians that spied! Ha-ha-ha!
Brave you for riding the ski lift! I worked at a ski resort for 3 years but never rode the ski lift! Isn't that ridiculous?
Well, your opening photo of you two is the best! You both look fab! Love it!
I know you're sad that the honeymoon is over so now you must plan yearly week end get aways! Bobby and I used to do that. Well, at least an over nighter. We hope to do so again if we can get out to Idaho!
Enjoy blog hoppin'! ♥
So proud of you for riding the lift all the way up!!! So glad you guys had a great honeymoon!!!
(And, I feel your pain! I don't have a dishwasher either!!)
Congrats to you! I am so happy for you. You look so happy and beautiful! Truly radiant - I love your smile. (Sorry I haven't been around much - just super busy - not ignoring you!)
The honeymoon pics look so pretty! I knew you'd love TN. I don't think anybody could visit there and not love it. You should see it in the summer time when everything is green...it is really gorgeous. Loved the sunset over the mountain from you cabin!
I am so sorry to hear about your daddy. I continue to pray for him. It is terrible what he is having to go through. God Bless him and you.
Big Hugs,
Queenie
