Happy Friday Girls! I am pleased to announce that my interview is OVER! I think it went pretty well; I was very nervous and had a tendency of doing the "Ummm... Uh..." The women that interviewed me were the 2 kindergarten teachers that would be my mentor teachers, who I'd work hand-in-hand with to prepare the children for their kindergarten experience the following year; the assistant principal and a parent representative. They were all very kind and friendly; I felt an immediate connection with the two Kdg. teachers- we had a lot of ideas and beliefs in common. I was very nervous at first but felt totally comfortable by the end!! Katie, thanks so much again for your advice! I asked the question about professional development and they seemed very impressed plus I found out that they are VERY willing to give teachers extra training and pay for them to go to conferences and such.So they will be making referrals to the principal and I will get a call next week:) This could very well be my NEW JOB!! Oh, and nothing personal was asked either!!
The above photo is of the Cupcake Towel and Cupcake Soap that Holly and I "the dynamic duo" LOL won recently from Mammalicious Find's Cupcake Give-Away Week!!
Here is a close-up of the soap...
Its smells so good!!

Yesterday I found these 2 mini-topiary trees at CVS for $0.99 each! Too cute for the living room! I also ran into my other favorite home decor and holiday finds store, BIG LOTS!
I picked up these 2 sets of Rub-On stickers; one is school themed and the other is Christmas.

Here is the FIND OF THE DAY!! I was wandering the store wasting some time till I had to get Gavin from school and this caught my eye... Home Interiors at Big Lots??? What?? Since when?? And for only $3.00?? Can't be anything all that great!! I opened it and was shocked...

...to my surprise was a set of 3 pretty floral decorative plates! I was so excited:) One is a rose, a hydrangea and ?? What's other pink flower??

"Uh-Oh" as Gage would say! I was in the other room today and kept hearing "Dooby-Dooby-Doo..." over and over again. So I said "Oh, Scooby Dooby Doo?" to Gage. I came around the corner to see that he found some stickers of Scooby Dooby Doo and preceeded to stick them on his face and hair!! LOL This lil man cracks me up:)

Here is Gage on Valentine's Day after enjoying a Peanut Butter Cup! I just don't know where this child gets his sweet tooth from??? (HaHaHa)

Well, I'm off to reorganize our living room. The new entertainment center we got was delivered today and the living room is in shambles!!
Have a GREAT wekend!
