I received a special "post request" from my girl Holly! She said to talk about HAIR!! I think she feels ready for a new hair do?? I always want to change my hair but typically keep going back to the same style. But... if you want to go long and add some hair-extensions, SILLY Jessica Simpson has her own hair extension line. I admit, I have ALWAYS wanted to get long extensions put in my hair!!! My hair has been shoulder length or shorter probably since I was 8 or 9 years old, I' m guessing? I had really long straight hair with cute bangs when I was in kindergarten!! I swear I remember my mom making me get perms at a younger age; but she says that I wanted them!! Then, in 8th grade I got my hair cut super short like a guy's with spikes!!! LOL YUCKY!!!

I'm drawing a blank on this gals name but I love her wild, short hair! I COULD NOT pull it off though! My face is too round.

I LOVE this hair-do!! I am so thinking of chopping the back of my hair off after the wedding and getting this cute! I really like the sharp angle from the back to the front!! Great color too!
I love to experiment with different hair colors; this was me in Jan. 2008 with little Gage! My hair was a darker brown and pretty straight.
And by looking at the dates, here I am a few days later with it chopped shorter and with blonde hi-lites!! LOL I liked the choppiness of this cut- I tend to go for the wild/messy type of hair styles!!

LOL!!! LOL!! This really ISN'T me; but if you go the site shown on the pic you can upload a pic of yourself and add different hairstyles from decades such as the 50's, 60's, etc. Would this have been the 80's? I look like such a dork here!! I thought you'd all get a kick out of this one!!!

Those are some cute styles! Well... I don't know about the year book one! Ha-ha! I never was that nerdy. Was I??? ☺ The early 80s are a bit of a blur to me. That's when I had my first 3 children plus had people living with us all the time and I moved 7 times... Whew!
Right now I'm growing my hair back out long but I need a trim and some shaping. My hair has been long most of my life but I tend to cut it really short about every 10 years and then grow it back out. Gives my hair a new start. Long hair seems to match my long body. I feel like a pencil with short hair! ☺
My main hair problem is that it's VERY DRY! I actually put oil in portions of it and a curling iron or blow dryer just about fries it! My hair dresser says that it's a good idea for me to *not* use appliances! I do have a natural wave, though, so that helps. I have some hot water curlers that I can use at times that don't hurt my hair too bad. But anyway, my options are limited.
Have you ever gone to one of those virtual make over sites? I used Good House Keeping and it's really fun. That's where I figured out that bright Pink lipstick looks better on me. I also found out that I could pull off being a blond but Bobby and I were both ready for me to go back to a medium brown.

Wishing for springtime must make us all want a little change.
I just took my granddaughter to get her hair cut. It was about to the middle of her back & she got it cut shoulder length. It is so much easier for her to take care of. Now I'm thinkin of getting mine cut too. It needs some Body Work. LOL I like it better when it is short & layered.

I love the way you have your hair now and also the way you had it when it was short and wild! I've pretty much always had long hair since I can remember...only one time did I have it cut short when I was 15 years old and I hated it, just didn't have the right shape of face for it. It's got a natural curl to it and I wore it that way for years but just last year my 18 year old niece introduced me to a hair straightener and I love it! I've got thick hair so it was always pouffy but now it's like silk so yup, much prefer it this way:-) Will have to that web site to see what I'd look like in old hairstyles! lol xoxo
I got in fits from growing it out, to cutting it all off when I get sick of it! My problem is laziness in upkeep, I don't got for trims nearly as much as I should. Right now it's a bit long for me, I had been keeping it around chin length but then I saw some pics and GIRL did my face look FAT!
