Cookies with Santa

Hello! Today we went to see Santa at our oldest son's school!
It was really cute...
they had a hot cocoa station, a cookie decorating station, a coloring station
and assorted Christmas books out on the tables for the kids/parents to read.
Here is Mr. Gage above decorating his cookie!
We went through 3 different plastic knives cause each time he spread the icing on his cookie, he'd like the knife... and there was NO double dipping allowed so he had to get a fresh one:)

Baby boy with his overloaded with sprinkles cookie!
His sweater that he's wearing is his "chocolate" sweater; we have a new thing where we name each piece of clothing a food in that color; silly but he loves it!

I was chasing Gage while Gavin decorated his cookie but his just had red sprinkles, his fave color!

I was so proud of my baby boy who went right to Santa and sat on his lap!
He told Santa he wanted the Fly Boat from the Wonder Pets cartoon for Christmas ♥
But... he left the event in tears cause he wanted Santa to give him the Fly Boat NOW not on Christmas morn:(

Big bro told Santa he wanted the Lego Power Miners sets for Christmas;
I heard Santa say to him, "It sounds like you really like Lego's" :)

These are the Lego Power Miners that he wants; well maybe Santa will bring a couple of them;)

And here is the lil Fly Boat that Gage wants for Christmas along with these other top 2 items...

Gage really wants this Lego Duplo school bus for Christmas, which he preceded to toss in our shopping cart today at Target!! LOL

He also would like Santa to bring this Yo Gabba Gabba Boom Box for him too!
Its so cute cause these are the TOP 3 things he always says that he wants "Ho Ho" to bring him ♥

I *think* if Santa got them each there 3 top faves this year; they'd be thrilled which makes "SANTA" a.k.a.
mom and dad" very happy that they won't have to spend a ton of $$!!

What was your fave Christmas gift as a child? Or what are your kid/s wanting this year from Santa??

P.S. Please continue to pray for my dad; he is having a really hard time :( We are going to Indy to see him tomorrow and I start my new tutoring job Tuesday after school. I probably won't be posting again till Tuesday sometime. Thanks :)

Hugs,
Noelle ♥

Do you guys have Marshalls? I saw that Boombox at the one by me and it was pretty cheap!
Aiden asked for Transformers Devastator. I've been waiting for it to go on sale in store b/c it was on sale online but out of stock, of course. I ended up calling 4 different Target stores and driving to one that is 40 mins away Friday night to get the dumb thing.
Ian just wants to eat the wrapping paper! :)

Sorry about your dad ((hugs))

My first favorite was a Mattel Baby Secret doll! I loved her for a VERY long time, like 20's she still slept near me! And Mommy bought that one. The other was my guitar Daddy bought me! I still have both, the doll is over 40 years and the guitar is 34 years old! This year what I want most is something very cheap and can't be bought at any store ...the feeling of being loved! Gonna be a hard Christmas for you guys emotionally and me too cause this one is very hard wanting to be able to go home and can't any more. Cherish your parents, they leave us so soon. Well you know, not me, I'm bionic and the Energizer bunny too I'll be around awhile! Oh those two ginger bread boys of yours are so yummy! Love,Mom

Poor Gage! He wanted his toy right then! Ha-ha!

My favorite gift as a child was the routine one that I got every year- a baking set; tiny little boxes of cake mix and tiny cake pans. I loved it!

I have no idea what Micah will get for Christmas! He doesn't particularly want anything except to see his brothers. ♥

PS I pray that the Lord will give you strength and encouragement as a gift to your dad. People who are suffering really do appreciate just normal and cheerful conversation to help get their mind off of their pain. ♥

Hi Sweetie! What cute piccies!! I just love little kids cookies, so much frosting and sprinkles, yummers! I love Yo Gabba Gabba :) We got Gibson the Wonder Pets school for Christmas :) My older too got Legos too! They love them, the harder the better!

For some reason, I cant even remember my very favorite gift as a child. I remember I got a My Child doll with red hair and green eyes like me. I loved her and am kicking myself that I didnt keep her!

I am praying for your family. I know it must be so hard. Have a safe trip today sweetie.
Big Hugs,
Amy

Such Sweet memories for you with your sweet little boys. You will always remember this day you spent with them at the school! Every time I see a gingerbread house, I am taken back to the day when I went to my sons kindergarten class, and helped him with a gingerbread house. It always makes me smile!
Big Hugs,

You can't blame him for licking the knife...I would do the same thing when I was little! hehe Icing is sooooo good!! They both really did a great job decorating their cookies and I so loved seeing their pictures with Santa, how precious they both are. I really miss buying toys for the boys. All they want these days are gift cards! lol Oh well, makes it easier on me:-)

I'm so proud of you for getting that job, hope it all goes well for you. Also know that my prayers are continuing for your dad. xoxo
