Our Easter :)

Hi friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter:)
We did... it was a BUSY one indeed!

Friday night I colored eggs with the boys while daddy was at work...
the worked so intently on their eggs!
As the began to color, I realized they both had new t-shirts on... so off they went, lol!
My oldest son kept ducking down in the picks cause he didn't want his "boobs" to show, hehehe:)

Here's the "ducker" and one of his eggs ;)

Big baby showing off his egg!
He's such a HAM!
Here I am sicker than heck, looking like crud:(
Yep still coughing and congested... been a WEEK now!

Love his tummy all painted too ♥
Mommy's rainbow egg!

Onto Easter morning...
The boys woke to find their Easter baskets outside their bedroom doors...
Here's lil man's goodies...
and him finding them!
They each got new kites to fly at the park!
Thats my oldest son's legs as he "fell over" onto the floor with much drama and excitement when he saw what was in his basket...
2 Diary of a Wimpy Kid Books from the bunny!
Gavin has become quite the reader and loves these books, can you tell?
He's so cute:) He will come home from school and pull out one of these books and just read!
Before he'd want to play his video game; I can tell he's growing up:)
Found him a Bakugan kite... another fave thing of his.
REALLLLY excited that he got 5 bucks in an egg!!
He's so funny now... he's all about wanting to buy his own things!

Here's lil man going through his goodies...
he got some new paintbrushes, stickers, candy, playdough, etc.
And a new book!
He loves to sit and look at books too.
Finally getting to where he will sit still long enough for me to read him a story too:)

Look at what hubby surprised me with!!

I was SOOO excited!
He said "I figured you'd have fun gettin' all creative with cupcakes with the kids..."
That was such a sweet surprise ♥

He also sent me a text Saturday night that he had picked up some flower pots for us to take to the cemetary on Easter for our grandma's and my dad... I thought that was such a sweet gesture as well ♥

Ooops, don't mind all the "stuff" on my counter, lol!
Aren't the flowers pretty?

Well, I will be back tomorrow with PART 2 of our Easter...
I'm feeling pretty yucky today, coughing again and its time to get the kids outside a bit to work up an appetite for dinner:)

Love ya,
Noelle ♥

Looking at your pictures, it brought back so many memories of when my boys were that age and how they loved colouring Easter eggs and then hunting for their goodies on Easter morning:-)

Love the plants your hubby bought to put on the graves, that was very thoughtful of him!!

I hope you get over that cough soon, I had it back in January and it lasted over 3 weeks!! xoxo

It looks like you had so much fun dying easter eggs. My sons are 24 and 25 now, and still love to see what the Easter Bunny brings. They never grow up. Thank goodness.
