Early Trick or Treatin' for Me

It sure has been some time since I've had a GREAT trip to Goodwill...
My brother watched my boys yesterday when I went grocery shopping, so I popped into a GW too!
And man, oh man did I find some goodies!!

The pumpkin sign was too cute and a steal for $2 and so was the adorable scarecrow!
I ♥ scarecrows!
I fell in love with this Turkey centerpiece, it was handmade by someone and GW actually had 3 more just like it there!
I don't really have any Turkey day decor so I'm excited to have this
out on my hutch after Halloween time.
He was $2 also.

I love these things...
they are wooden pieces that you can put into a pumpkin!
This one reminds me so much of our kitty Maxie that passed away last February.
The boys were so tickled when I showed it to them, we cannot wait to get pumpkins!
Kitty set was $2 also :)

Also found these cute Christmas plates...
I cleaned them up a bit and am thinking of painting the word JOY on them and using these on my hutch for the Christmas season!
Eeeek, its SO fun having a hutch to decorate now:)
On a trip to the Christmas Tree Shops the other day, I snagged this adorable pencil holder for my classroom for $1...
I really CANNOT wait to finish my teaching degree so I can get into an elem. school and have my OWN room someday where I can decorate it JUST how I want!
Its tough sharing a room with another teacher right now, you never know if you are "stepping on their toes" by doing something:( Although, she does NOT decorate at ALL and you all know how I AM... I have to decorate that room!!

I also found this cute door hanger from CTS...
Its like a painted canvas that attaches to a wreath hanger...
It was only $2... gotta love a deal!
This is one of my old fall wreaths for the front door but I still love it...
I was able to get most of my fall/halloween decor out today but I am still missing a box of things from our wedding last fall... one thing I really wanna find is a pumpkin with the letter K carved out of it.
Its driving me crazy trying to find it!
..................................
I have ALWAYS wanted to grow a pumpkin patch in my yard, just think it would be so fun!
Hubby said NO though:/
So instead I found one of these...
I was SOOO excited when I saw this!
Its a ceramic pumpkin planter that comes with dirt and pumpkin seeds.
You are able to grow 10 mini vines out of this kit to give you some teeny tiny little pumpkins!
How fun is this!?
The boys and I are planting it tomorrow evening and we CANNOT wait to watch the vines grow!
I will have to take pic of the growth to show you all!

It was fun to have a little extra money this week to get some fun new items for the home:)
Hope you have a great week!
Noelle ♥

You really hit the jackpot at Goodwill, such fun Fall stuff you found! Price was right too:-) I can just imagine how much fun you and the boys will have watching that little pumpkin patch grow!!

It's really starting to look like Fall here, the leaves are changing colours and it's been very cold in the mornings. We even had frost two mornings in a row the last few days!! xoxo

Very cute stuff. I love all the fall stuff.. It's hard to get into fall here in California when it doesn't feel like summer. LOL
