Hello girls! I found this funny icon on my friend Ashely's page! It sums things up for me though. Lately I have been in a funk; feeling overwhelmed with life: my children, my husband to be, planning the wedding, my college classes and job hunting. I have too much on my plate and don't know how to balance things, even if that is possible. I turn to my blog for peace of mind and solitude from all things that make me crazy! Some days I just look forward to getting on here and reading all the thoughtful comments that you gals leave me; it boosts my spirit up! I realize that I am not getting that from the people I have close by me in life; some friends, family and my future spouse. I need to focus on what I need to do at the moment, not what I'd like to be doing- such as blogging:) I am going to give myself a few days off to play catch up on school work, my assignments for my current job and things around the home that I have putting off. I will miss our daily chats; but I'll be back in a few days!! Sniff, sniff~ this will be hard to do! Soooo... I will be back soon!

OK Noelle..... do what you need to do ...... put your family first..... make yourself a list and catch up on one thing at a time so you can relieve that feeling of being overwhelmed. Take your time....your friends here will still be here when you catch up. :o) Hugs, Sue
Sometimes life...Real life gets in the way of our blogging!! lol!
But life is all about balance and often the equilibriam tipsbut thats when we need to truly prioritise and let some things slide alittle.
Normally this is things like My sheets getting changed fortnightly not weekly...Or the floors left unvacummed alittle longer than the perfectionist I am likes.
Be sure to daily find even 5mins to just exhale.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling so overwhelmed with everything but you do have a lot going on in your life right now so it's understandable. Taking a few days off from blogging might be just what you need but I know how hard it is to do. Just know that we'll be here for you whenever you need us:-) xoxo

Hon we understand! I just wish I lived closer so we could go for coffee and vent together! You have a lot on your plate and I'm sure it all seems overwhelming. I know things will work themselves out. For me, blogging and facebook are like having neighbor ladies in my life and never having to leave my friends! I love it but at times I have to set a timer to remind me to get back to work! But ya know, after 15 years of homeschooling and almost 29 years of home making, I think I deserve a break now and then. ☺
The plummer is here and my power might get turned off so I need to go!
