That's it, I'm done!! I've had it! I am SOOOOOO tired of feeling like a COW! I tried on my fave pink shirt from last Spring/Summer and I feel so gross! My goal is to work out everyday and stop eating crap, all together! I wonder what I could lose in one week just by doing that? I know this is why I feel so down in the dumps and tired all the time! I weigh more now that I ever have; its so depressing! I need some motivation girls!! We should get a weight loss support group going.... what do ya think?

Hey I'll join in with you girl! I want to lose fifteen or so more pounds but honestly I'd be thrilled with ten:)
And yes eating poorly also makes me feel bad too, too much heavy stuff makes me feel...well heavy!
I feel the same way! I started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred yesterday and I am really sore today. I also started keeping a food diary on Myfitnesspal.com
I'm not much for organizing but if you get a support group going, I will participate!
I hear you! I can't wait for the weather to straighten up. I need to get outside and walk!! Let's get moving!! xoxoxo Terrie
It is hard to shift the extra kilos...I got 10 to get Packing!!!
Mine is truly time to exercise...With running the kids to and fro theres days it is hard to get a shower squeezed in!
Oh and the choccie bickies with the coffees
Hey, Spring Chick! ♥
You're beautiful no matter what! I do know how it feels to feel crummy though. :< Making up your mind to feel better is the most important step! I also think the key for everyone is to *experiment* and see what works for you. For instance, I *hate* to work out! I would always end up giving up and then feeling like a failure. *BUT* I *LOVE* to hike and swim so that's what I do and I feel good and have fun doing it and I don't have to talk myself into it or *stick with it*...
Also, if I give up my favorite fattening foods all together- I end up caving in and I end up OVER eating those food later on. So with my current diet, I keep my favorite foods - but in *moderation*.
Keep trying different methods until you find the one that works for you and then take one day at a time. I'm cheering for ya!

I have absolutely NO willpower, that's my biggest problem! I've tried so many diets, tried to cut back, tried to eliminate sweets, etc but always go right back to my old habits after a few weeks. Sigh. Maybe having a support group would help a lot...I could eat for all of you!! Oh, that's not what you meant??? hehe xoxo
