Hey girlfriends!
I am back from our Chicago trip and BRRRRR... it was COLD there! We attempted to go to the Shedd Aquarium on Sunday but the line was half a mile long outside of the building in the freezing cold wind!! So we skipped it and went over to the Field Museum- which was AWESOME! You will literally need to spend an ENTIRE day there to see it all:) We got back to the hotel and ordered pizza then went to the pool- a heated one, thank goodness!
Today, (Monday) we ate at Rainforest Cafe for lunch then we only had to wait in the quarter mile long line in the cold to get into the Shedd Aquarium and it was so COOL too:) The boys loved seeing all of the fish! I got some great pics that I will be posting over the next couple days! It was so nice to get away:) Wish we could do it more often!!

Can't wait to see the pics, I've been wanting to get to the aquarium I haven't been in years. Did the boys like the Rainforest Cafe? It's neat inside but also kind of dark. Glad you're back!
So glad to hear that you're back home safe and sound:-) I look forward to seeing your pictures and it sounds like you all had a wonderful time. I adore eating in the Rainforest Cafe, I think it's one of the coolest restaurants around!! I'm so sorry for not having been around much lately but with my cold/headache, I just didn't feel up to being at the computer much. Feeling much better now though:-) xoxo
Glad your back! I love the Shedd and The Field Museum! I dont think I have ever eaten at the Rainforest Cafe...I always love to go to the Cheesecake Factory! That is a MUST when I go to Chi town!
