Oooooh a giveaway...did I win??? Oh, I have to enter it first? Ok! hehe My favourite Halloween memory is from when I was about 8 years old. My two older brothers had dressed as hobos and I remember watching them take some of the blackball candies, wetting them, and smearing all the black over their face to make it look like a beard. I was giggling so much because as it dried up on their face, they could barely talk because it had set like a facial mask! lol I've put your button on my sidebar and will post about it pronto:-) xoxo

My favorite memory is from 2 Halloweens ago...it was our last Halloween "all together" as a family (before my dad died). We all sat in the front yard around a fire pit and gave out candy to trick or treaters.
we have a fall get together every year. They are my fav fall memories! only 5 more days until this years!

Oh crying time. Every Halloween dressing you guys up and seeing Poppys grin over you guys. I miss my daddy so, think of him alot. And speaking of daddy, once when I was about 10 we had a ceramic pumpkin with candy Carole made, I was passing out candy and some kids stole the pumpkin from my arms. Poppy ran out the front door after the kids and go the pumpkin back! My hero! I was crying when he ran after them cause I thought they would hurt him! Well I'm crying, such a loss of two remarkably kind and generous people, the worlds loss! Love,Mom Guess what my word below is...."pride" yes pride, now that my dear is a sign from dad!

A good fall memory for me was when we took the girls to the apple orchard last month.

Woo what a fun and exciting giveway. My favorite fall memroy is that when my children were home we would have a pumpkin craving contest. Everyone woul crave a pumpkin. We had four children. The best one would win a dollar and the rest of us got our favorite candy bar. It was so much fun. My youngest daughter and oldest son still carry on this tradition with their children. One of my favorite Halloween memories is from my childhood... I just loved to go Trick-or-Treating, and back in those good-old-days we could go without our parents. It was such a safe and loving neighborhood. Most of the "treats" were homemade and totally yummy... and, if no one was at home, there was always a gigantic bowl on the porch filled with treats, and a big note telling us to each take one... Awesome fun, treasured memories...
