What a Monday!!
Yesterday our basement was half flooded... today we had to have a plumber come out to clean out our basement sewer pipe, or something like that?
This lil boy Gage has been a HANDFUL, he's lucky he's CUTE!
Slept all night last night FINALLY but has been very CRANKY today; its 5:23 pm and about a half hour ago I HAD To put him down for a short nap!
I couldn't take the whining anymore!!!
So needless to say he will be up late...
my hubby could have put him for a nap when the plumbers left/when I was at the store but he took him outside instead... Men!! Sheesh!
I am a wee bit grumpy opinionated today!
But one of the cuter more comical things the lil stinker did this morning was...
I was in the living room and Gage went in the kitchen... he was REALLY quiet...
I said "What are you doing?" at least a couple time- no response!
I walked into the kitchen and he is standing in the corner by the cupboards with the carton of sugar free mint chip ice cream... eating out of the carton with a spoon!
I said "What are YOU doing?" and he just GRINS!!
Here is lil stinker building a "great big mounting" (mountain in his terms, lol!)
When he plays good, life is less chaotic!
Well just wanted to pop in today and say HI!
I'm having some gals over tonite for snacks and a SCENSY party...
my sister in law Jen is selling this now so I booked a show to help her out :)
Whats in it for me... FREE stuff!!

I remember my husband forgetting the schedule I used to put the kids down for a nap. I pretty much had to write stuff down for him.
Men, and they say we are clueless;)

oh gosh, I bet it was a manic Monday for you with that basement flooding, bless your heart... I hope that mess gets straightened out ASAP for you guys. I can understand a little bit what you may be going through because years ago, we had flooding too, but it was from an ice maker line blowing off of the refrigerator when we were out of town.... evacuating for a hurricane, yes, really, and we came back to water well over ankle deep throughout our kitchen and living room. (At least it was clean water, but it warped everything and soured quickly too). There was over $14,000 worth of damages and unfortunately the insurance company took their time getting us money to fix things, I think they waited about 3 months before we were issued a check. Believe me, I know a little bit about what you may be going through. Flooding is terrible. You and your family will be in my prayers.
At least the little fellow keeps you laughing with his cuteness! :)

Bummer NOellE! on the flooding!!! hope it all got cleaned up for ya. Hope you are feeling better too. My day was a bit of a drag as well. My Monday has been and gone and yep was hectic and today it is 12 noon and just as busy,Tommorrow and Thursday...Yep busy!
