Well the weekend is almost over,
how was yours?
I worked for my hubby last night at the restaurant and made $47 (only),
it was a slooooow night BUT...
that gave me a bit of play money for today.
Today my brother came and watched the lil one,
so I took my oldest to Michael's craft store for a Canvas Painting workshop.
We had a nice time together;
we kept agreeing how quiet our car ride was without chatty lil brother;)
Here he is working on his canvases; he was spelling out his name...
He painted them gold, red and black.
Then painted a letter of his name on each,
then we added some Outer Space stickers to the canvases.
We will be using these as decor in his newly "remodeled" bedroom; here in a month or so.

To show you an update of my weight loss journey,
I had my photographer oldest son, take a few pics of me...
My hair has a shadow above it,
its not usually that afro-ish on the top, lol!
Lil buddy had to pose with me...
sheesh, we should have had clean up time before I took these pics, lol!!

Just wish I could lose that TUMMY and more meat from my thighs:(
But at least I can take a pretty good headshot (LOL!!)...

Yea for losing so much weight already! That is awesome!! Keep it up! It takes a while to come off but is so worth it in the end. (I lost 40 lbs after having my youngest 6 yrs ago...only about 10 more to my ideal weight)

Congrats on losing the weight! I just can't get the energy to exercise...cuz I know that would help my fat legs!

I came over to see if you hit the 100 mark and HOORAY I see you did.. The giveaway basket looks so nice (although I am not entering because those goodies are tooooo temping)... You are looking stunning and I wish those were the same areas I could lose some extra weight... grrr...

Glad you, hubby and the boys all had a nice trip to Chicago, even though you needed an umbrella, it still sounds like a fun time.... to get away for the weekend :) Interesting history about the umbrella too. I have an umbrella that I picked up at a yardsale for $1.00, and it's got butterflies on it, it's the biggest and best umbrella I've ever owned...sure couldn't beat it for a buck either!
