I've just been trying to clean house even more, got our bedroom straightened up this morning. Still working on getting the rest of the Christmas decor down around here. Well on a good note...
My goofy vision problems have ceased at the moment.. Thank you God!!
This is my BUSY back to school and work week!!
I NEED to get my BUTT in GEAR and focus on my classes this semester...
last semester was a rough one; I withdrew from my math and stopped attending my scientific inquiry class that I was told I'd get an INCOMPLETE in... well the prof was new to the university's policies and gave me a WF!!
Which meant that I failed because I stopped attending, that dropped my GPA waaay down which could danger me getting financial aid!
So I talked to my advisor and the prof and we are trying to work on me getting that Incomplete, so I could have 30 extra days to complete the coursework and get a GOOD grade!
I start class tonite for Music Appreciation; which is from 6-8:45 every Wednesday.
Then on Fridays from 1-3:45 I have Survey of Art and Culture 1.
I do my literacy tutor job Mon.-Wed. from 2:45-4:15;
then work at the home daycare on Thursdays from 8:30-2 and Fridays from 8:30-11:30, so its always go, go, go for me! No wonder if feel like a mad woman all the time, but its what I have to do for now.
A question for you...
Being a mom you have a crazy busy life- especially if you work and /or go to school too...
How do YOU juggle it all and NOT GO NUTS?
How do you make "ME" time for yourself?
Please HELP!!

Im in love with Kohls' cupcake things right now! I want everything! I looooove cupcakes so much!
the truth about handling it all....is that it never really ALL gets handled. It's something we just have to except. But my secret weapon to de-stress is my hubby...he is a real DOLL and he knows me. He recognizes the warning signs of OVERLOAD...
He makes me laugh, makes me feel less hurried and reminds me that life ISN'T THAT bad...
He lets me escape for awhile and he handles the chores if I am feeling overwhelmed...I think life would suck if he wasn't apart of it...
Just hang tight honey...and commit to time for you and or maybe time for you and hubby - make a date night every week or every month and get your sitter before hand...that way you have a concrete date set...
Mostly just try and sit for a few minutes and make something or just sit and be still...I swear being calm relaxes me...even if it is for a few minutes only...

Noelle, wish I could help you, but from what I've found is that 'Me' time when you are a parent of young children is pretty scarce. Hang in there, it'll get better and the pay off is fantastic! Just keep pluggng on and through.. you will do great. Grab a diet coke and take breathers. ENJOY YOUR alone time (if you have it) in the car in the go- betweens crank the music drink your diet coke, stay focused rock on! jenn

I'm with you I love that pink and brown wreath and ER would love the mini tree. She has a Halloween one and now wants to know why she can't have one up all the time.
Girl im loving it all! I haven't been out shopping much,but looks like kohls is on my agenda.
All of those Valentine things are soooo cute, it's no wonder you want them all! lol I don't decorate for Valentine's Day anymore but I still enjoy seeing how others decorate:-)
My goodness, do you have time to breathe??? lol When my kids were little, I didn't work outside the house, nor took any courses so I really didn't have the stress you working moms have.

Um, well, I was one of those young moms who DID go nuts so I had to totally over haul my life! I'm just border line nuts now days. :)
I love all those items from Kohls! Being the country bumpkin that I am, I've never been in one! ♥
