Hey gals! Bet you thought I ran away?
Back to school time for my son and myself has been kicking my butt!
Trying to get the kids to bed on time, getting up early instead of sleeping in, spending an hour on 2nd grade homework with my son who HATES to do homework... the list goes on and on!
I am behind on reading you girls posts, just wanted to let you know I wasn't ignoring you all:)
I have been getting some cleaning done around here and have started to pull out some Fall decor!! The cool weather we had last week reminded me SO much of Fall and its making me want to put out all my decorations!!
I started my FINAL Math for Elementary Teachers course today; lots of Geometry this semester- blech!! I am taking Intro to Scientific Inquiry on Wednesday nights too. That one should be interesting!!
I STILL have not gotten my Wizard of Oz Gala craft done:( NEED MORE TIME!!
Maybe tomorrow!! No errands to run during the day, except to go to the gym; so maybe I'll get that tackled during nap time.
I have been getting almost 10 hours a week at my part time home daycare job; I work 8-11:30 on Thursdays and 8-2 pm on Fridays! Gage goes with me and Gavin is at school.
The extra money sure is nice!!!
I have been feeling myself wanted to organize more around the home and spend some extra time with my boys and hubby to be lately:) Life has been pretty wonderful lately ♥ BUSY but wonderful!!

I cannot believe there is homework already, geez they just started. Most teachers I worked with eased the kids in, definitely none the first week!
girl you sound like me ive been busy also with school and all
I took intro to scientific inquiry last semester! I heard its a horrible class, but I had an amazing professor and it was easy and sort of fun! Good luck on that. Also good luck on getting the kids to bed and waking up on time!
Can I say someone online is so full of herself? No one here! She better quit flapping her hippity hop mouth, its getting too sickening sweet! Boy do you find peoples true side. So sad I was never fair to her or generous!!! I'm done with that head in the clouds!

That whole "get them to bed and getting them up on time" thing was always soooo stressful to me! My goal was always to make them as self sufficient as possible- as quickly as possible!
Try and be nice to yourself- you desrve it! ♥
I remember the trying to get them to bed early days. It was a real chore till it started getting darker early, then it went better.
I can not believe that they give homework so early these days. My grandson came home the first day with homework.

You can ask Steve what he went through every night trying to get his son to do his homework! lol His son is now 12 and it's a bit easier now but for years it was a real battle ground getting him to sit and do homework. So, I sympathize with you, being that Gavin hates homework! lol
Life is very busy for you but it sounds like it's a "good" busy:-) Good luck with your new classes...geometry...bleck for sure! lol
