SCRAPBOOK SUNDAY: Summer Border Idea

Welcome to my weekly Scrapbook Sunday post!
As summer comes to a close and the kiddo's head back to school, maybe us scrappin' mommas will find some time to work on our summer album pages!

I thought I'd show a one of my fave and fun summer border ideas off to you!
As I mentioned before I am BONKERS for Borders!!

I created this Picnic border when I attended a Borders workshop years ago hosted by a Creative Memories consultant! Isn't it cute??

Really easy, just cut a 4 or 5 inch paper strip out twice and connect them on your page with adhesive. Then use shapes like the squares I used, you can add smaller stickers to fit your theme!

Now you can sign up for SS with my Mr. Linky!

Just add your name and the url for your post below!
Thanks for joining!

I love my signs too but they take SO long to make LOL! Impossible to ever make money off but SO enjoyable to paint! :)

What a cool blog idea for these crazy, lazy Sundays! Although I'm not a scrapbooker, persay, I am totally invested in the special papers and SB doo-dads that I use for lots of impromptu projects. Just about ready to come up from my back burner: a stab at an altered book/journallog-thingie-who-actually-knows-what-to-call-it. Would that possibly fit under "Scrapbook Sunday"?

P.S. I am about to unload some rolls of toilet tissue, so we can make the little Oz tube people you kindly linked readers to in your previous blog. Thanks! (The bathroom's going to look a smitch funny with all the toilet paper nests I'm about to make, but oh, well-- sometimes sacrifices MUST be made for the sake of art!

As you know, I bought a really cute scrabook (tinkerbell) and all kinds of scrapbook pages and stickers, etc to make for my grandbaby....have I even started on it?? Noooooo! Sigh. Me thinks it will be a winter project instead. I love the idea of the border, will keep that in mind when I do start on my scrapbook:-) xoxo
